3. Payments

Users must pay for services upon confirmation. We use third-party gateways; we store no card details.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made 2 minutes after booking may incur a fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

1. Data Collection

We collect your phone number, name, and location data to facilitate the service delivery. Location data is tracked only during active bookings.

2. Data Sharing

Your address and phone number are shared with the matched Helper only after booking confirmation.
